For the second time in four months, Chantry has added to its marketing and franchisee recruitment team with Richard Dawson joining as the company’s digital marketer. 
 
Richard spent almost four years as Caremark’s digital marketing coordinator, planning and implementing franchisee recruitment campaigns as well as coordinating local marketing activities for over 100 franchisees across social media and PPC. His role included training new franchisees on digital marketing and SEO. 
 
An expert in design and online business development, Richard’s previous positions include copywriting and account management, making him perfectly suited to supporting the growing number of franchisors engaging Chantry. He holds a first-class degree in multimedia technology and design. 
 
Richard said: “I can’t wait to implement my digital marketing knowledge in campaigns for a wide range of clients. Working with businesses from those just starting up to major national networks is very exciting and we’ve got a great team that share my passion to make a real difference.”

Richard’s appointment follows that of Nikki Haythorne QFP, who became Chantry’s head of franchise recruitment in June and has already delivered a significant impact on the processes and results of the company’s clients.
